The chakras are the energy centers of the body. There are seven main chakras, which are located along the spine from the base to the crown of the head. These chakras spin and release energy, which helps to keep the body balanced and healthy. When one or more of the chakras become blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, and mental health problems.

Sacral Chakra

It is also home to our emotions and how we process and relate to them. This chakra is often seen as the most feminine of all the chakras.

It is associated with the color yellow and the element of fire. It is often symbolized by a ten petal lotus. The Solar Plexus Chakra is responsible for our sense of personal power and confidence.

Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra, also known as the Anahata, is the fourth chakra and is located in the center of the chest, near the heart.
It is associated with the color green element of air. It is often symbolized by a twelve petal lotus. The Heart Chakra is responsible for our ability to love and feel compassion. It is also the center of our emotional wellbeing.

The Crown Chakra is considered to be the most spiritual of all the chakras and is said to be the connection between the physical and spiritual worlds. It is also associated with wisdom, enlightenment, and understanding.
The Crown Chakra is associated with the planet Jupiter and the mantra “OM”.
